2. Quotes and Consultations

Any quote or estimate provided through our "Get Quote" or "Free Consultation" forms is non-binding until confirmed in writing by both parties. Final pricing may vary based on project scope, complexity, and requirements discovered during consultation.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely and effective delivery of services, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate project requirements, content, and materials in a timely manner
• Respond to requests for feedback or approval within a reasonable timeframe
• Provide necessary access credentials (hosting, domain, etc.) where required
• Make payments as per the agreed schedule

Delays caused by the client in providing information, feedback, or payment may result in corresponding delays to project timelines.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment terms (advance, milestone-based, or full payment) will be specified in the individual project agreement or invoice.
• Late payments may result in suspension of services or project delivery.
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be assessed on a case-by-case basis depending on work completed and will be detailed in the individual service agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, ownership of the final website/deliverables (excluding third-party themes, plugins, or licensed assets) will transfer to the client.
• Tech Contributors retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio, case studies, or marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the client.
• Any third-party themes, plugins, stock images, or licensed software used in the project remain subject to their respective licenses.

6. Website Maintenance Services

For ongoing maintenance, security, or hosting-related services:

• Service scope (updates, backups, security monitoring, support hours) will be defined in the maintenance agreement.
• We are not liable for issues arising from third-party plugin conflicts, hosting provider outages, or client-side modifications made outside our maintenance scope.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Tech Contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services or Site, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of any website we build or maintain, though we take reasonable steps to ensure quality and reliability.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from our Services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

8. Third-Party Tools and Services

Our Services may involve the use of third-party tools, plugins, hosting providers, or platforms (e.g., WordPress, WooCommerce, payment gateways). We are not responsible for the performance, security, or policies of these third-party providers.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing service agreement with written notice, subject to terms specified in the individual project or maintenance contract. Any work completed up to the termination date will be billed accordingly.

10. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of client information and project details shared with us, and will not disclose such information to third parties without consent, except as required by law or necessary to deliver the Service (e.g., to hosting providers).

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Site or Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
